We are working with DHIC, Inc. as Design Architect for a ten-unit contemporary townhouse project on an urban site in southeast downtown Raleigh. This is a collaboration with the Architect of Record Perry Cox, AIA. The design maximizes square footage at a low cost, responds to defining characteristics of the historic overlay district, and creates a street presence balanced with repetition and variety.
